| The objective of the Liliane Foundation is to give access to medical and social rehabilitation to children and youngsters with disabilities in developing countries. Characteristic of this assistance is that it is implemented in cooperation with local contact persons, through direct, small-scale and tailor-made assistance that supports the personal growth of the child and its integration in society. The assistance concerns (para)medical treatment, surgery, appliances, (special) education, vocational training and the process of gaining independence. |
