Information systems offer opportunities for enterprises and for people to communicate, learn, innovate and organize. The focus of this programme is to offer students the knowledge needed in order to manage these new conditions. From development to usage The Master Programme in Information Systems will give advanced and broad knowledge in the planning, design and use of information systems in organisations and businesses. It will also prepare for PhD studies within informatics. The aims of the programme are to give the students the knowledge to be able to describe and analyse businesses, in both a macro and micro perspective, and their need for developing information systems. In order to be able to work in these fields, we consider it important to have the ability to critically and systematically integrate knowledge and to analyse and handle complex questions and issues.
