A postdoctoral position is available in the development biology research program at the Lund Stem Cell Center.
The research projects focus on pancreas development. In vivo (mouse models) and in vitro techniques will be used to investigate the mechanisms underlying endocrine cell expansion, differentiation, and maintenance.
The Stem Cell Center offers strong research profiles in basic (developmental biology, stem cell biology, and molecular biology) and translational research.
The pancreas developmental biology program consists of two dynamic groups with joint research interests in cell signaling and transcriptional regulation during pancreas development.
We are seeking highly motivated researchers who have recently completed their doctoral programs.
Experience in molecular biology or developmental biology is required. However, potential for scientific excellence will be the primary selection criterion.
