Scholarships for encouraging talented students from outside the European Economic Area to follow a master's programme at Maastricht University (UM)

Eligible candidates: Applicant has been accepted to a UM degree programme and may be no older than 35 years at the start of the academic year (1 September 2008). Applicant meets the criteria for obtaining a residence permit.
Grant information
Value and purpose of grant : € 800 per month, plus € 11.500 refund of tuition fee, € 438 visa costs, and a fixed amount for travel expenses. Insurance arranged and paid by SSC.
Grant award period : 12 months (If a two-year master's programme is involved, the UM Scholarship Committee may decide to award the scholarship for a maximum of 24 months.)
