Program description
The Nadia and Lili Boulanger Foundation was established in 1983 to preserve the memory of two sisters who were musicians.
Study grants or stipends are awarded to musicians, composers, arrangers, and musicologists from all countries. Grantees must be at least 20 and no more than 32 years old as of the deadline for applications (June 30). They must pursue their studies in France.

The amount of the grant may be adjusted in view of the grantees’ need (and the other resources available to them) and the seriousness of the work that they propose to accomplish.
Grantees must acknowledge receipt of their grant check and confirm in writing that the grant was indeed used for the purpose set forth in the application.
