The French Embassy’s Cultural Services in Beijing offers grants to students who wish to follow a complete training course in journalism for a period of two years in three of the best known French journalism schools and institutes: ESJ, CFJ and IFP.
Program description
For 2009 :
From the beginning of July, 2009 to the end of September, 2009: linguistic upgrade (except for the IFP)
From the beginning of October, 2009 to the end of June, 2010: the 1st year courses
From July, 2010 till September, 2010: summer internship in China in a Chinese or foreign media
From the beginning of October, 2010 to the end of June, 2011: the 2nd year courses

Value/Benefits
The Study Scholarship will last maximum two academic years. It includes:
a monthly fixed allowance is about 615 euros
asocial coverage and the guarantee of civil liability
the expense of two international round-trips will be afforded during the whole courses period
the registration and tuition fees will be covered
To note that the scholar will be recommended an accommodation while arriving in France, totally at his expense
