Awarded annually to a full-time student entering the fourth year of civil engineering or graduate studies in civil engineering with a good academic record who has demonstrated interest and/or related experience in masonry or masonry construction, or who wishes to undertake graduate study in masonry. Extracurricular activities may be considered, and the scholarship may be renewed for a second year to a worthy student.
